Amaya is simply a web editor developed in a project put forward by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). You can simply take it as one of the best alternative for Adobe dreamweaver. The new version now includes a SVG editor (for a subset of the language). It has an advanced user interface with contextual menus, a customizable set of menus and tools, predefined themes. You can also use it to edit and update web documents directly on web too.
